To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all bookings are confirmed at least 90 minutes before your session. This allows us to prepare the park and ensure a clean, safe space for your pup.
For first-time visitors, we offer a complimentary onboarding session! During this session, we'll show you around the park, explain how to use our facilities, show you how our payment system works and answer any questions you might have.
We maintain a strict "no poo" policy. Please be a conscientious dog owner and pick up after your furry friend to keep the park enjoyable for all visitors.

Please note:The field and car park are exclusively for our valued customers. To ensure a smooth transition for all furry friends, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
Upon arrival,if you see the car park occupied or the field still in use: Please park considerately and wait comfortably in your vehicle until the previous customer has vacated the field and secured their dog(s) in their car. This is incredibly important to allow space for both departing and arriving pups who may need time to separate.
